MD037 - Space Junkyard Tour

Ever wonder what happens to all the parts that are left over after building a rocket? Or maybe how tall you are compared to the engine of Apollo 13? Yeah, we weren’t wondering either, but we were very happy to learn all of this and more at Norton Sales Inc., also known as the “space junkyard.” You can find almost any part under the sun (or solar system) in this shop, which has been serving the aerospace and hobbyist communities since 1962!

    Come on…
    The ACTUAL Apollo 13 engine?

You mean the one from the Service Module that was left in orbit (later to burn up in the atmoshere)? Or is it the one on the Lunar Module (LEM) that was also left in orbit?
