The 2008 Academy Awards were pretty damn long, and as much as you may like movies, it’s a long time to spend watching TV! Fortunately, we’ve cut the whole show down to one minute, making sure to leave all the best bits in, and the overly long thankyous out.

Every year I feel like I want to watch the Oscars but they are just so unbearably long I just can’t do it. 60 seconds? Yeah, that’s all you need and thanks for it!

Why did you leave out any of the art influenced awards? I think that’s pretty disrespectful, considering how much work the artist put into the films to bring it to what it is.

Ummm… this year I think the ceremony was not that long. 3 hr 45 mins is okayish. But I think you kept the best parts. It’s always fun watching these 1 min shows!
