Driving down Highway 280 in the Bay Area, it’s hard to miss the two mile long building that cuts through the countryside. Upon discovering that it was the Stanford Linear Accelerator, we decided that we needed to learn more. If you thought smashing particles into each other sounded easy, boy were you wrong!
